Okay, I know that tabacco has little to no effect on the diet. But I am trying to give up smoking anyway, so no worries.
My real question (which I kept out of the title for obvious reasons), I am bi or tri monthly marijuana smoker. and I was wondering whether marijuana has any known interruptive effect on ketosis?
I know about the munchies, but those can be curbed by having a variety of ketosis friendly snacks on hand before lighting up (e.g. a tray of carrot-less green veg with blue cheese dressing, a handful of macadamias, a couple of sugar-free jello cups (with a little whipped topping), and a bit of cheese.
any thoughts or first hand experiences (preferred).
