I just finished my 3rd week--I'm moving to rung one tomorrow--but I'm a little confused on why I still feel tired in the afternoon. The first time I did Atkins that was the first thing I noticed; that my energy skyrocketed and I no longer needed a nap. This time around, I still feel like I need to lay down around 4pm. What gives?? Has this happened to anyone?
