  • Ahhh. It's good to be home!!!

    Hello newbies and oldbies alike

I've been away far too long. Long enough to smack some weight back on my big butt and decide it's time to dig in and get this done. Again.

For those that don't know me, I've been haunting ADBB since it was a brand new baby In internet terms, that means I'm ancient.

I started Atkins back in May 2002. I went from a size 22 to a size 6/8, 234lbs to 149lbs. I've had life kick me in the butt a few times over the last 5 years and yoyo up and down by 10-15lbs. I've yo-yo'd again and I'm baaaaaaaaack!!

Looking forward to getting to know all the new people around and huggin' the virtual stuffin' out of my many old friends!

Just wanted to poke my head in here again and say hi!

    So...

    Hi!

You see Bren, you made one fatal flaw when trying to be the first to reply to Ms Brook. You wasted time by changing the colour of the font for one of the lines. Basic school girl error. Post first, edit second!

Re: Ahhh. It's good to be home!!!

Hi Brook! I have also decided to come back to the ADBB, my home away from home.

I also have had the same dilemma, up and down 10 pounds, up and down, I got sick of it too and have been back for a couple of weeks now. I started a new journal and have been doing Ramp it UP for two weeks, except day before yesterday I did Burn it UP.

I wish I would have remembered the torture I would have stuck to the other one.

                    Welcome back!
