Re: Messed up
Don't think of it as being screwed. Every one cheats now and then (whether they admit it or not). Whenever I cheat, if it's just one meal, I usually gain a pound and then I get back on and start losing again. Of course it depends on your body. Just get back on track tomorrow and pretend like it never happened. You'll be fine.

Our bodies all react in different ways
But the one thing I DO know is that if you get straight back on the WOE, sticking to induction rules from this moment on your weightloss will recommence much sooner than if you keep eating off-plan. The thought 'I have blown it for today/this week so might as well eat ##### now' seems to be many people's downfall as regards sticking to Atkins.
Make the very next bite 'legal' after a slip or decision to eat off-plan
Now, thinking ahead a bit, what made you give yourself permission to eat those 3 and a half pizzas??
If you can nail the reason you are halfway towards knowing how NOT to do it again next time.
Work out your strategy for resisting the lure of pizzas and you wont need to post like this again
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
