  • Exercise...

Soo the reason I was SO excited to move to NYC was because of all the extra walking I would be doing...and I know that's how tons of people have lost their weight - from WALKING..

Well...now I've got suckered into the subway and spending too much money on it. I do this because I have to get somewhere in short amounts of time...so I'm not late. And that bums me out - I wish I had more time.

Exampe - I work until 5:30 ...I'm at 44th and Broadway and I have to get to 29th between 7th and 8th by 6ish and I could probably walk that in 30 minutes but I used to be so afraid to be late that I would take the subway to get my seat in class (I'm taking my refresher bartending course)...

However - I'm an alumni in this class and we are allowed to come back for a refresher as many times as we'd like ...and they JUST told me that I can come late or leave early so I decided that.... I will walk to the class after work and then maybe I'd walk home....however, it's later at night and I have to catch a bus so ....maybe I'll just walk ONE way and then subway the ride back so I'm not getting home too late on a work night - ? geez oh the decisions!!

This way if I don't wake up early to RUN along the boardwalk...then I won't feel so bad because I'll have walked 15 blocks (speed walk)....

    yes? good?
ugh..i don't know the purpose of this email
I'M JUST VENTING and trying to sort my thoughts..
the only dance class I can make this week is wednesday...so i have to rely on running / walking. I'd love to wake up early - run AND walk to the class...that would be ideal.

I HAVE TO DO IT! BAHHH!!
    ok bye.

Congratulations and a rep point for working out a way to get your exercise into your day
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
