It is recommended that we only have no less than 1 and no more than 3 grams of sodium per day.

Wow! Is that even posible?? I never salt my food but I'm sure there's more then that in mayonaise, salad dressing..not to mention bacon and sausage!
I guess it depends on your body as to how much sodium you can handle.My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four. Unless there are three other people.

If you exercise (read: sweat) alot, you can consume more sodium without any problem.
I suggest you try the Morton Lite Salt which has 1/3 less sodium and yet tastes exactly the same as regular salt. It also contains potassium which is good for you anyhow.

Remember to check what measurement is being made when working out how much stuff like sodium you are eating - sometimes it is written as being so many milligrams so 410 milligrams = 0.41 gramsWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
