I fell off the wagon and now I am back. Ok so I didn’t really fall off…I kind of leapt off and my landing way cushioned by a giant pile of donuts! Gained 6 pounds! I am really surprised I didn’t gain more since my diet consisted of fast food and sweets for almost a month.
I was working out a few times per week so I guess that helped. Anyway I am officially restarting 09/01 with a goal of losing 15 pounds (my last 15 I need to hit my goal) by 09/30. I am 30 years old 5’3 and 135 pounds. I plan on restarting my slim in 6 workout videos on the 1st also. Does anyone think my goal is unreasonable? Any suggestions to help with the last wicked 15 pounds?
I am actually already in ketosis from my restart last Friday but I messed up with a cookie one day and an atkins shake another day so I will just call the 1st my official restart date and go for a clean 2 week induction and then right into owl.
