I caved in big time today. I was in a bad mood already, then I was mad thinking about my old habits how I would just eat all day anything I wanted, and I actually was depressed because I was missing my old snacking habits. I tried to snack low carb at first with pepperoni and cheese toasted in the oven, but I was tired of that. I could not think of anything else I wanted, and the truth is I really wasn't hungry. I don't know what to do! This is my last hope! I cannot keep doing this!
