today is day 2 for me and im HUNGRY! i mean HUNGRY! and im eating... its just that as soon as im done, im hungry again! i ate good this morning... 2 eggs, sausage, a little cheese, cooked in butter (and my Decaf with HC)... had a few cucumber slices and 1 string cheese for my snack, and here it is almost 11am and im hungry again!
and YES ive been drink water all morning... what could this be? and how can i slow it down? when i used to eat carbs i stayed full for a long time because i was filling up on Bread or Potatos or Rice or something like that... WHAT CAN I EAT NOW THAT WILL KEEP ME FULL FOR WHILE INSTEAD OF CARBS?

i guess im just going to have to get used to this new way of eating... it wont be hard tho, since i can eat like this and stay full and happy all the time...
and dont worry... i wont Over Do It... and ill be sure to keep drinking Lots of Water! i even tried a Ketostix and it was kinda
i wont depend on them, but its nice to know that on day 2, im in ketosis... im so happy to have you all to help... Thank You Again...!
