I can add my grain of wisdom. I usially proceed describing my diarrhea that will follow in couple of hours and we gonna have nice evening totally ruined etc.. because I will be running to the bathroom at least 10 times... and then I usually smile and ask very politely: Do you really WANT this THING happened to me?? And usually they look very confused and mumble Ohhh nooooo... sure nooooot.
