    Re: quick question

Not sure which recipe you mean but here is one of hers
ALLIECAT'S CHEESY CHICKEN BACON CABBAGE CASSEROLE
    8 slices bacon, chopped
1 medium cabbage, chopped, about 36 ounces
    1 small onion, chopped, 2 1/2 ounces
1 green or red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or bacon grease
    Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cups diced cooked chicken breast, 18 ounces
    1 cup sour cream *
    8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
    Paprika
She lists how many servings the whole recipe makes, so you can calculate it fairly easily This recipe she says is 8 servings so you need to divide the whole casserole into 8 portions.
So if I wanted to make just 2 servings at once I would adapt the recipe like so
ALLIECAT'S CHEESY CHICKEN BACON CABBAGE CASSEROLE
    2 slices bacon, chopped
    cabbage, chopped, about 9 ounces
    onion, chopped, 5/8 ounce
1/4 green or red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tablespoons butter or bacon grease
    Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup diced cooked chicken breast, 4 1/2 ounces
    1/4 cup sour cream *
    2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
    Paprika
Of course I would use a much smaller dish to make it in!!
