I know that this is a terrible way to approach a diet or a lifestyle change, but I am asking anyway.
If you had 6 wks to get the absolute maximum results what would you do? I have been doing Atkins for 3 months now and have lost 10% of my body weight. I have recently broken through a 5 week stall (yipee and thanks to everyone here). There is an event coming up in 6 weeks that I would like to look the best I can for. Any advice? I haven't been exercising (so I'll give myself that advice), but what else would you do in my shoes? I would hate to have another 5 week stall--don't know if my tiny brain could take that.
