Is there a way to add a custom food that's homemade. I made some chicken soup that has 1 whole chicken and veggies. How do I get that added in so I can add one cup at a time? Does that make sense?

Question about fitday
My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four. Unless there are three other people.
~Orson Welles

Everytime I am tempted to use food to satisfy my frustrated desires, build up my injured ego, or dull my senses, I will remember,
That even though I overeat in private, my excess poundage is there for all the world to see.

Re: Question about fitday
add the soup as the whole batch in custom foods, if you get 10 servings out of that when you come to add one cup just change the amount to 0.1 that will be a tenth of the soup!
did that make sense? lolHW 303Aug '04 SW-287 LW-232Restart - Apr 07 - SW 266 CW 225

Re: Question about fitday
The way I did it on the online fitday was toclick on a new blank day and list all the ingredients I start with to get the total nutrition info and make a note of this - I also made a note of all the minerals/vitamins from the report section.
I also measured how much soup this recipe made.
Then I set up a custom food called 'Chicken Soup 24/07/05 (or whatever date I made it)' and enter all the info I had into the boxes, making sure I set the serving size section to whatever amount it made. If it made say 2 litres of soup I would type '2' into the number box and choose 'litres' from the dropdown list.
Then when using it I could list exactly how much soup I had eaten and be fairly sure the info was correct.
Now I have the pc version of fitday it is easier because it lets me enter a recipe by dragging ingredients into the entry.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
