    I had an epiphany!!

I was grocery shopping tonight and ended up in the cookie aisle.

I was looking at them... the carbs were just over the top.

Then some little voice inside of me "Don't feel deprived... Feel FREE"

I have to tell you, I DO feel free. At first I wanted those things (hubby is out of town, who'll know what I eat?) I will!!

I feel SO much better drinking my water, eating my chicken and veggies. I sleep better, I have TONS more energy. I'm so alert!! And I am proud!

Proud of my heathly eating... I know what's in my food!! and proud of sticking with this diet no matter what anyone says.

I walked away from that cookie aisle and I hold my head up high and say to you...

    I DO feel free!!

Great post PrincessKiki, you made a great decision and I am going to rep you for it. I loved your sentence where you say you feel so much better drinking your water and eating your chicken and veggies. That is so true. Good going girl.

That's great, Kiki! You're making this a way of life and not just a diet--that's the only way it works. Keep your head up high!

        Keep up the good work!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
