      According to a google search
      Ingredients: nonfat dry milk, cocoa, calcium carbonate, modified whey, salt, carrageenan, sucralose, natural and artificial flavors, disodium phosphate, acesulfame potassium
      According to the ingredients it has dairy (milk and whey) and seeds (cocoa) in it so strictly speaking would be 'legal' once you reach the nuts/seeds rung. However many people treat cocoa as a spice and think that in very small quantities it is allowed under the 'spices to taste' rule of induction.
      However it seems to have very little fat, so might throw your percentages out if mixed with just water.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        thank you very much Ladies! i was wondering because its starting to get cool again in California and we have these little packets all over the place at work and i USED TO drink it all the time since its SF... but maybe it would be better for me to make MY OWN Cocoa with my own Cocoa Powder and Diluted Cream and Stevia? WHEN I GET UP IN RUNGS THAT IS... what do you think about that?

            I think it would be better for you and taste better too. I've never been a fan of hot chocolate made with hot water.

              Much better. They put way too many stupid OTHER ingredients in there, for no reason. When I make my own cocoa, I just mix powder, cream, and sugar free Torani syrup of any appropriate flavor ( such as chocolate, caramel, vanilla, etc). Much better, and you can control what you put in there and how much.
