i LOVE this Energy Burst!

BEFORE i started ATKINS i was so tired all the time... just didnt want to do anything at all... was even hard for me to get up for work each day... today is day 11 of my Induction, and i have to say... This Week Has Been Thee Best Week I Have Had In So Many YEARS!!! im Definitely on Cloud 9...! i suffer from Migraines (usually get at least 1 or 2 a week) but i have to say! I HAVNT HAD 1 EVEN DURING MY WHOLE ENTIRE INDUCTION!!! Yippee!!! i LOVE this Energy Burst!!!

I definitely agree !!! I can never get up in the morning, and I wake up in the middle of the night if I go off Atkins... Now that I'm back in ketosis I noticed my body wakes itself up at 5:55am!! Without my alarm!! It's set for 6am, so it works out perfect

I remember the first time doing Induction. I couldnt believe how how much energy I developed. I remember feeling so alive. This is only my second day back on Induction and I cant wait to have that feeling again. Congratulations on your success so far on your journey. Are you planning on doing any walking or other form of exercise. Several people have told me that energy levels increase even more when some form of exercise is incorporated. Your well on your way to enjoying your new life. Keep us posted, I loving seeing stories like yours.
