Re: Pudding?
I don't know the answer to your question, but you're pretty creative! I would have never thought about doing that.

Re: Pudding?
What ingredients would you use? As long as ALL of them are on the allowed list for induction (or are 'legal' for your level of Atkins OWL if you are no longer on induction) then it would be OK.
Actually Dr Atkins never said 'jello' was OK but did say that desserts made with unsweetened gelatine and a 'legal' swetener topped with whippedcream were fine. Some of the jello varieties in USA are sweetened with sucralose so would be 'legal' but others (as well as all the sugarfree jellies in UK as far as I know) are not. Check labels as always to help you choose the correct brand.
I sometimes make my husband a sort of blancmange by mixing gelatine and cream and water and sweetener or DaVinci sf syrups. I dont know if that is the same as a pudding in USA would be, but he likes them! Maybe you could make yours with unsweetened cocoa powder if the packets of mix have 'illegal' ingredients.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: Pudding?
The sugar free pudding is thickened with corn starch, so is a no-no.
Sunny!
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Re: Pudding?
Originally I bought them from a local healthfood type shop but they have stopped ordering them (no call for them apparentlyOriginally posted by b0llywudhi eliz, where do you buy your da vinci syrups from in the uk?- i heard them mentioned loads but thought it was jst something u got in us?
) so I now order from www.lowcarbmegastore.co.uk and www.lowcarbshopping.co.uk
I have heard that some of the coffee franchises can get them in from their suppliers, so you might try asking in starbucks or similar whether they can sell you a bottle or two if they have it behind the counter.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Maybe adding xanthum gum or thick'n'thin (not starch) would get a similar endproduct?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
