    OMG!!! im cooking Chicken Stew and Homemade Biscuits for my DH and Grandbabies and the Biscuits smell sooooooooooooooooooo GOOD!!! i cant stand it!!! SOMEBODY SLAP ME OUT OF IT!!! I WILL NOT DO IT! I WILL NOT DO IT! I WILL NOT DO IT!!!

      I have faith in you dear. I had my little panic picinic earlier and overcame it and you can do the same. We are in this together. Just remember nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.Those biscuits smell good I'm sure but they are nowhere as tasty as the sweet taste of success. You can do it I believe in you.

                  I know that feeling! well done for hanging in there and if it all gets too much there are a few great atkins friendly biscuits and cookies that you can bake for yourself!
