what are Reputations?
when you look into your User CP and there are REPUTATIONS and POINTS for them... what does that mean?

see the top right of my post? theres a lil scale thing?
if you click on that in someones post you can leave some one a rep point, if they say something you like, agree with, theyve done something great, you just wanna recognise their efforts, theyre paying it forward, use it! let them know you appreciate their advice or anything! kinda like a kudos!

... And you get to see the message they left with the rep, on your User CP page. Also, after a certain number of posts (maybe 50,100,150... and so on) you get automatic rep points.Before and after:
