Here is one of the many posts from not2late about using celeriac (Thanks Megs for all those ideas btw) with one recipe for making celeriac 'chips' http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=3840
I am not sure if they are the USA-type chips which we call 'crisps' over here, or what we call chips and our friends across the pond call 'french fries' but I can see it would work for both - just cut the celeriac differently.
For many ideas on using celeriac (a one-cup induction legal veg) do a forum search using the word 'celeriac' and you will be pleasantly surprised at the many different ways our members cook and eat them!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies? Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
well.. ive gone from 144 to hopefully 140 on monday, (kg unfortunately)
that will be a loss of 8 lbs in my induction, my going out jeans are alot looser,
i am surprised i stuck at it as work has been horrendous.
im hoping, to do a really strict next two weeks, as i have to say i didnt drink any alcohol, but had soup from the vending machine at work, and the odd buscuit ,
infact as im writing this, the only real thing ive cut out is bread and lager to be honest.
Well it is a start 8.8 pounds lost is not to be sneezed at!
And think how much better you might do by eating entirely to the plan!!

Deep Fried Mars Bars is Scottish, but it's really just a gimmick...for tourists.
But the good stuff we love...deep fried haggis, deep fried black pudding and deep fried pizza!!!
