  • Which book edition?

Hey yall.... I've read the older edition of Dr. Atkin's Diet Revolution... however, I see a few "Dr. Atkin's New Diet Revolution" on amazon.com

Which one are you guys suggesting to get? What edition is it.. the copyright date?

If you'd let me know, I would gladly appreciate it...

Looking forward to meeting the "new" me ....
(I'm going to get there by following this new way of eating.... Making changes for the better!)

Living2Lose... the edition you want is the 2002 edition of Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution. That's the one this board goes by as it was the last one written by Dr A in its entirety before his death. I hasn't been "messed around with" by anyone else!
    Before and after:

Start 10 Jan 2005. Maintenance since Aug. 2005.

and if you cant find it in a normal bookshop or online easily try secondhand shops or charity shops (thrift shops?) as they usually have a copy for a really cheap price!
