My second weigh in was this morning and i have stalled! i am doing the same food as the first week!! But my excrise was not great last week as i was at the trade show, so here is what i will be doing this week!!

i think that i may have lost inches as the jeans i have on are pretty lose!!
CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVISE!!

Most people lose in fits and starts, you probably won't loose every week. That is normal. 

It's inches that count. It's not atypical for me to slap 3-4lbs on when I switch up my workouts. It's not fat - it's transient.
