Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

(Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

As I finally got down to under 13st (its a UK weight measurement thing) this week, ive celebrated by becoming an ADBB supporting member

No doubt it will turn out to be the best gift of the year.
I was so happy when I got into the 170's, but have been stuck there for quite a while. Makes it hard to buy clothes, because I still have 2 stone 2 to go. I'm still wearing most of my big clothes, because in a few pounds, I will have a whole closet full of clothes that will fit and still be in style. I went through them and washed and took to the cleaners several outfits to spur me on to make goal. I've got gorgeous stuff just waiting.

Well if I inspire a few more people to become Supporting Members then thats excellent ....
Ive got a ton of clothes in my wardrobe waiting to be worn, infact I might just root some out this weekend and see if anything fits yet.
One of the hardest things to conquer is to stop viewing food as a treat, many a box of chocs have I sunk, by 'treating' myself and then regretted afterwards.Comment
