I really am not too into vegetables, and i work at a kiosk in a mall which makes it not only impossible to bring my own food in but also quite expensive to buy from the food court everyday. ( Im a struggling student! ) Is it that important to eat vegetables everyday while on induction? Will it prevent me from losing weight if i don't. It would be a lot easier ( and cheaper ) for me to eat mostly meat on workdays. Although it's not very healthy, i would only do it during induction ( I dont have THAT MUCH weight to lose ) and i usually don't eat too many vegetables anyway.
Help to anyone who can answer...
WILL NOT EATING VEGGIES ON INDUCTION SLOW DOWN THE WEIGHT LOSS PROCESS?
