    what is YOUR personal CCLL? and how did YOU figure it out?

    You should probably ask this on the OWL and Maintenence forum.

    I'm on the berry rung of OWL and I have no idea yet what my CCLL is. I hope I don't find out for a long, long time!

    Scale: SW:235 CW:193
    GW:150

    Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

    Mini goals:
    215 - met 9/10/07
    205 - met 10/17/07
    195 - met 2/20/08
    180

      It takes a lot of work to figure that out...it actually doesn't come very easy...you have to do a lot of trial and error before you get there...you need to be part of the OWL forum and you will see how crazy all of us are over trying to figure our CCLL. It's fun though, cuz others are going through it too. Some of us can eat things that others can't, etc...jump over there and read some stuff going on. And remember that everyone has a different CCLL, i found mine after lots of trial and error....also your CCLL can change depending on how much you work out....Some foods may trigger a stall for you and some foods you can glide right through. My CCLL is around 68 carbs with moderate working out. It's nice to be at 68 carbs, because you can really play with your menu. I feel much more freedom now, and i'm at a point that i know what foods i can and can not eat, which makes life a lot easier for me...good luck.
