dressing ? help pretty please.

I'm meeting a friend for lunch at Applebees. I was investigating the menu online and the salads dressing are.

Mediterranean vinaigrette
bacon vinaigrette.
hot bacon-mustard dressing
Mexi-Ranch dressing/pico de gallo

I'm not familiar with any of those. Anyone have any ideas on the carb counts? Sound legal?

I would ask them to leave off the salad dressing, and then ask if they have any mayonaise! Or take some with you that you know is legal!

I'm not very good with salad dressings - I only ever use mayo!! I'm sure vinagerette would be ok!! thats just oil and vinager I think!!!!

I think the "safest" one would be the mexi-ranch. I'm sure there is honey or sugar in both of the bacon dressings. Don't know about the vinegarette.

They do have regular ranch and blue cheese, oil and vinegar. They just may not be listed online.
