I just got my bottle of Sweetzfree yesterday - it is certainly concentrated. Can someone tell me how to count it? My understanding is that the carb in a packet of Splenda is from the maltodextrin(?). Since the liquid sucralose doesn't have that, do you count one carb for a drop of it? I'm assuming it does count toward the 3 sweetener limit for the day, whether or not you count a carb. Is that right?

It's carb free and yes, it counts towards your sweetener allottment.

General rule of thumb for success: If it requires a degree in chemical engineering to pronounce it, you probably shouldn't eat it.
