Hello, ive been doing atkins(low carb) for 8 weeks now. Im 33 years old, Male, and weighed 372 when I started. I started off great, losing 21lbs in the first 3 weeks. Sad to say, over the last 4 weeks, ive only lost 3 lbs. Tomorrow is my weigh day, which will be the 8th weigh in. I tried to put in the foods I eat in fitday, but im not having any luck doing it.
Can someone take a look at one of my daily meals and see if im doing something wrong?
Breakfast:
Side salad with tomatoes, onions, cheese, lettuce with 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing.
Hamburger steak(prob 8oz) with cheese and onions
2 scrambled eggs
Lunch:
2 whopper jr's from burger king with lettuce tom mayo onions cheese, no ketchup, no bun.
side salad with lettuce tomato ranch dressing
supper:
hamburger steak with cheese, 2 scrambled eggs
Drank about a gallon of water throughout the day.
