Long story short I decided I needed to start weighing in every week vs every 2 weeks.
I lost 3.8#!! My biggest loss to date!!
Needless to say I'm over the moon with happiness. Amazing what getting out & walking will do for me. As Dr. A said exercise is non-negotiable!!
