    I'm sorry for being a late comer to this thread, but I laughed off three pounds of fat when I read this. Brook I enjoy your commentary. You seem to be a get to the point, cut out the BS and take the reigns kind of person. You have great spirit.

    Here's basically what I'm doing to average a 2-4lb loss each week:
    • Free Weights M, W, F 40 minutes
    • Cardio T, Th, S 90 minutes
    • Average Intake=1300-1400 Average Expenditure=3200
    • Low sodium (attempting - it's really tricky!)
    • Grazing Approach
    • Use of vitamins and whey protein isolate
