Hey everyone!
I just completed my 5th week of Induction/Extended Induction on Tuesday. BUT, on Monday, I decided to try the fat fast. I don't have scales so I don't know if I am losing a lot more, but the Keton strips are stronger shades and turn everytime.
I am on my 3rd dayof this, macadmia nuts, I think I can go tomorrow too..taking it one day at a time.
Here is my question: what are the REAL dangers associated with the fat fast? If you say "you lose too fast to be safe" coul,d you please explain to em why that is? I'm curious.
Anyway, 9 years ago I did atkins and it changed my world..but it was temporary as I "fell back into carbs"..and never gave true effort to reduce them again..I need to lose between 75-100lbs, Started with determination and have lost 21lbs as of Monday.
ok, back on point: the fat fast..pros/cons/personal experience?
