I have read references to fitday but don't know what it is or how to find it. Help please?

www.fitday.com - free, and easy, though others have found some of the other tracking sites more to their preference.
Works well for me. If they don't have exactly what I am looking for, I create a custom food. Often times for a prepackaged item, the nutritional information is posted online and I can copy the details into the custom food window.
