Okay... so I just got the book today. Yay! Now I am reading the details of the plan and being into my third day have realized a very big error on my part.
It was recommended that I use Fitday. I just tossed all my menu items in and went with the bottom carb numbers. Now I realize that Fitday does not minus the fiber.
So... a cup of raw broccoli 4.61g of carbs - the 2.64g of fiber. Right?
This makes a HUGE difference...lol. Someone please tell me I am reading this right.
