I just wanted to reiterate that you are too high on protein and too low on fat.
65% fat 5% carb and 30% protein. You want to stay 30% or UNDER with your protein, and you can make up the difference in fat. (i.e. 27% protein and 68% fat would be okay too).
Excess protein will be converted to glucose (sugar) and stored as fat on your body.
Rutabaga is not allowed until the starchy veggie rung. Broccoli is a great veggie.
Be sure to join the veggie challenge! It's a real eye opener about vegetables and why they are so important to our Atkins diet.
