What is your all time favorite costume you've ever worn for Halloween?
^^ It can be anything from when you were a little kid to an adult..anything you remember wearing that was your favorite.

A garbage can.
One of those aluminum garbage can riveted with straps that rested on my shoulders. The bottom cut out so I could be inside it and walk around. The lid was my hat and was worn by bolting it to a hard hat. Hot glue used to attach garbage bags and various pices of crumbled up paper to make it look like it had garbage in it.
My parents made it for me and I won my schools costume contest. =DGrant

As a kid it was this scarecrow costume my mom made me. It was REALLY good!
As an adult I've always been a witch or a cat but this year I'll be Marylin Monroe and I think this will be my new fav, it's cute!

Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

Last year my unit dressed as the cast to Thriller. I was dressed as Michael Jackson and we did the dance for Thriller. Had curly hair then. See a pic below.

I think my favorite is going to be this years also, I've never really bought a costume I usually just come up with something and make it out of stuff I already have so this year is a bit different I've spent over $150 on it lol (pretty dumb for something I'll probably wear once) but I really really like it and I am soo excited to wear it!

My mom dressed me in a clown suit and stapled lollipops to my costume from head to toe...no wonder I was addicted to candy at such a young age. It was fun though because if I got hungry while we were trickotreating I'd just eat some....nobody knew because they thought it was part of clown outfit.

I like this costume from when I was a skinny teenager:
My DD23 once wore a giant cardboard box that was painted like a Coke machine. Only her red-stockinged legs stuck out. DD19 once went as a gumball machine. We put a giant clear trashbag on her and filled it with colored balloons. She wore my red plastic mixing bowl on her head. She also had on red stockings. If my scanner was working, I could show you.
I was digging around in my digital pic files and found this one of my DD23 and her DH (and his grandparents), wearing costumes I made for a Halloween party and the Founder's Day parade.

I was a redneck one year... Problem is, in Arkansas, nobody realizes it's a costume...
Last year I was a ceiling fan. That sure was a cheap one!

Ha, I was just talking about this today! My best costume was in 1983, I dressed up as Boy George from the band Culture Club. Since I'm a woman, all I really had to do was put on lots of makeup, braid my hair with colorful ribbons and dress in loose flowing clothes (black cropped pants, black open vest, white poet shirt, black hat, bare feet). It was a hoot, and of course, everyone knew who I was!Lish: F/45/5'8"
