Isn't it amazing that at almost 300 lbs, a 7 lb loss can feel like I'm thinner already? It is amazing at how just this small step has lighened my mental load and gotten me thinking in a positive direction. Took my family out for a small walk today, another small step, but a huge mental hurdle has been crossed. I am learning how to do this diet cheaply and getting my family to eat healthier without them even knowing it!!!! 6 days down, a lifetime to go, but I realize that it's all mental and I have to have the tools readily available to fight the battle.

Sending good low carb thoughts your way.
    Robin
    Blessings,
