I know there are several, and I know a bunch of us are teachers.

Just checking in to see how y'all are doing, whether you've been evacuated, and if you need anything.

We're up in North County, but I teach in SDCS, though I did not go in today. So far, not being required to leave our home, but many friends have already had to move to shelters.

Hi Evermind Bless Your Heart... im not a Teacher, but i do work in Poway no one went in today... its really soooooo sad... this is the most horrible thing i have ever seen and im a Born & Raised San Diego Girl..... i hope it ends soon! i live down in the South Bay area, so im not close to whats happening right now, but its not affecting me any less... my heart totally goes out to all of you up in the North & East Counties It Never Rains In California (as the song goes) but im praying that it will.............

i just wrote an update in the CHIT CHAT forum... thank you all so much for your Thoughts and Prayers... this has been the saddest time ever for me... i feel so useless at the moment... i wish i could get out there and help those that have been Evacuated from their homes... its just so devastating... im so glad i havnt turned to my carby comfort food...... this has been a true test for me!
