  • Heavy Cream a Staller?

the only time i use it really is in my 12 Mug of Decaf which i have Every Single Morning (2 Tbsp)... AND i might use it when i get a Chocolate Craving with some Cocoa Powder & Stevia, but thats not an everyday thing... and i have heard that Heavy Cream could Stall me? Is This True? im really trying to pinpoint my Super Slow Weight Loss... im thinking i should lower my Calories down to about 1300 because i live such a Sedentary Lifestyle (my Sit Down Job & Daily Homework Time with the Grandbabies) but i will stay at around 20-25 Carbs... my usual Menu isnt bad... i usually eat much of the same things everyday... i dont know if i might need to 'tweak' this or not... ANY OPINIONS?

    BREAKFAST:

SNACK: String Cheese or Cucumber/i usually skip this Snack tho

    DINNER:
always Roasted Chicken or Steak W/Broccoli or Cauliflower
    and a Side Salad

It can be a staller if you are sensitive to dairy. the only way to tell would be to cut out all dairy and cheese for a week to see if you start losing again. I drink 1 cup (BAD) of HWC a day and haven't had a problem with it. Also be sure you're not experiencing PISS (post induction stall syndrome) and remember, a true stall is 6 weeks wothout any inches or lbs lost. HTH

Definitely a staller for me. I cut it out completely, Mayo too, and I cut right back on cheese too and it made an immediate difference.

you know...! ive been using Heavy Cream since Day 1 and it didnt stop me from losing initially... do you think it could just happen out of nowhere? or maybe it might be the STEVIA??? i changed from Splenda to Stevia right after Induction i think...

I *highly* doubt it's the Stevia.

It may be the heavy whipping cream, and as mentioned previously, there's no way to pinpoint that unless you cut out all dairy for a week or two and see if it makes a difference while making no other changes. If it does, you'll have pinpointed it.

It may not be stalling you, but you may find it's definitely slowing you way down.
