I know I shouldn't have been eating a mcrib but it was kind of a bad choices situation. My fiancee and I had been gone from 5pm-3:30am and had not eaten since late that morning when I had a chicken salad from mcdonalds. At 3:30am we went to the McDonalds by our house again and they were out of salad, out of premium chicken breasts, they only had breaded, I couldn't stand the thought of a greasy hamburger and so I got a plain mcrib, no sauces, and pitched the bun. I ate the meat only. I went to enter it on fitday and can't figure out what to put it down as. I tried the mcdonalds website and could not find it.
I did get the nutritional information for the bacon ranch salad I had earlier though. I was shocked. 5 grams of sugar... in the salad alone. What did they put the sugar in? How do you put sugar in a salad? Do you think the sugar may have been in the bacon? Thank goodness I didn't have their dressing. It's higher in carbs than the kind I use.
Thanks in advance for all the replies. You'all are awesome.
