So I am starting as of tomorrow and I could really use some help. I tried to do this a couple of years ago and didn't make it past day three. I had a terrible headache, was shaking constantly and was as cranky as a bear.
How do I get past this? Does anyone have any suggestions to get me past the worst part? What is a reasonable amount of weight to expect to lose each week? I would appreciate any help!
