    Graphite, that's one of the four major food groups I'm sure.

    Giving out pencils and other gifts, is a much better idea than candy. I'll remember that for next year, thanks.

        I didn't even buy candy this year. All the kids go to the Mall of America anyway. Saved from the pitchfork!!

        Here's basically what I'm doing to average a 2-4lb loss each week:
        • Free Weights M, W, F 40 minutes
        • Cardio T, Th, S 90 minutes
        • Average Intake=1300-1400 Average Expenditure=3200
        • Low sodium (attempting - it's really tricky!)
        • Grazing Approach
        • Use of vitamins and whey protein isolate

          I think that one big blowout is better, tooth-wise for the kiddles. Better than repeat exposure, basically.

          I resisted the reeses' peanut butter cups last night with the help of sugar free custard and Cheesecake factory low carb cheese cake. Not a great night, but didn't have one cup. (This is a major victory, battle won).
