    What are you having for lunch today?

    Hubby is picking me up on my lunch break and we're going out for lunch. I've already decided I'm having a bunless burger with bacon and blue cheese, and a ceasar salad, sans croutons.

    What are you having?

    leftover roast from last night and salad, i'm not at all inthe mood for it..but haven't gone shopping as we'lre going away to buffalo for the weekend so don't want to stock the fridge (or waste precious shopping/spending money on food )

            Leftover grilled bison burger on a flax bun with mayo, mustard, pickles, and hot sauce. A small tossed salad with lo-carb ranch dressing.

            A small apple for mid-afternoon snack about 2 hours later.

                A vendor came and took me out to lunch today. We went to this FANTASTIC Mexican restaurant here in Tampa...Miguels.

                I pigged out...

                I had 4 tbspn guacamole, 2 tbspn fresh salsa, Chille Relleno with shredded pork (no flour, egg white only) topped with fresh ranchero sauce and cheese. 1/2 cup of fresh Ceviche Mmmmmmm!!!!!!! Oh 3 slices fresh avocado.

                Miss Phode, if you guys ever come up to Tampa, make sure to eat at Miguels.

                  I have kind of a wierd lunch today...I really need to go grocery shopping...

                  3 cups cauliflower bake (cauliflower/mayo/mustard/mozzarella)
                  1 bunch celery hearts with 2 tbsp peanut butter (yes, the WHOLE thing of celery!)

                        Kennedy Boulevard and MacDill.

                        I-75 to I-4 to I-275 towards the Tampa International Airport, I'd take the Armenia exit go south to Kennedy Blvd. Take a right and Miguel's is on the right at the corner of MacDill.

                            okay, officially hungry now... gonna go eat the rest of the roast beef salad I made for dinner the other day... like chicken salad only with roast beef instead... it was an experiment after I found cans of roast beef at cost co... but didn't know what else to do with it.
