        Bump!

I bought fresh jumbo shrimp off of a local boat yesterday, so we're having those for dinner tonight. Going to grill them plain and serve them with melted butter. For a side we're having roasted asparagus with a little grated parm.

                  Re: What's for Dinner?

Yesterday I put a pork roast in the crock before I left for work. Came home and baked some squash with butter, cooked some green beans, and it was a feast fit for a queen! It's just starting to get chilly in the evenings here in Iowa, and it is now dark when I drive home thanks to the clocks "falling back" to standard time, so this was the perfect autumn meal!

Spaghetti squash with meatballs for supper tonight! Yumm! Can't wait!

We're having shrimp again tonight. I bought too much and need to eat it up before it goes bad. Poor me. LOL

Anyway, shrimp grilled and served with melted butter, a nice salad, and steamed veggies. Probably broccoli because that's what I have.

                        Re: What's for Dinner?

Tonight I have a chuck roast in the crockpot with a ton of garlic. There is a spaghetti squash waiting to be eaten thats been on the table a few days so Im sure that will get added in. Ill bake some garlic bread for the boy too. Leftover meat will get made into beef barley soup for him (god I want a bite!) and into beef with veggies soup for me.

Last night was a pork roast from the oven with green beans and a spinach salad.
