Yesterday I put a pork roast in the crock before I left for work. Came home and baked some squash with butter, cooked some green beans, and it was a feast fit for a queen! Spaghetti squash with meatballs for supper tonight! Yumm! Can't wait!
Tonight I have a chuck roast in the crockpot with a ton of garlic. There is a spaghetti squash waiting to be eaten thats been on the table a few days so Im sure that will get added in. Ill bake some garlic bread for the boy too. Leftover meat will get made into beef barley soup for him (god I want a bite!) and into beef with veggies soup for me.
Last night was a pork roast from the oven with green beans and a spinach salad.
