    1 - hot dogs
    2 - mayonnaise

      Hi Christopher,

      I would only eat hot dogs (sparingly) and only after induction, better to stay away from processed food during. Often hidden sugar and wheat fillers.

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

        The only hot dogs I have found without fillers and sugar is Hebrew National Beef. I still eat them very rarely. Mayonnaise is fine, but Miracle Whip is not.

          Most hot dogs and sausages make my cravings go CRAZY. I'm ok when I buy the all natural kind the whole foods market.
          If you watch the ingrediants and can handle them then go for it (in moderation).
          And of course regular Mayo is a yes.
          Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

          Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

          Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
          Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

          so:
          Restart Progress:
          12/28/09 ~ 235.1
          01/04/10 ~ 229.0
          01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
          (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
          01/18/10 ~ 227.4
          01/5/10 ~ 226.8
          02/01/10 ~ 222.6
