I don't see a picture...BUT I'm glad you're motivated. I think it was you that posted about a bachelor's party, just don't cheat and keep your eyes on the goal. You'll get there before you know it!

thank you thank you a million times. i appreciate you support. i think i am gonna have some cravings today but i will fight them off.

my plan is such that, on weekends when i am able.......if i have a very severe craving and i am about to do something regrettable...well then (i have made a pact with myself)....i have to go out for a two mile walk to re-evaluate the situation at hand. after covering 2 miles, then the craving has generally past beyond me.
