  • cravings today.....

    i did have beer, light beer....last night at the party....i went off for that occassion. i am craving something more right now.....oh no......i hope i can get through this day without falling off....

    comments welcome at this time....please keep me motivated and on track!!

    you all truly do make the difference for me.

    Gee, I hope I'm not too late Chris. Have something high fat. Right now! Eggs, cheese, advocado. In fact have a nice big fat omelete. Eat high fact all day and that should keep your cravings at bay and tommorow you should feel better.

      Ah, beer! It will mess with you especially at the beginning of the diet. Germans call beer "liquid bread," did you know that?

      Yes, eat protein right away, go out and do that 2 mile walk, do anything but feed that carb craving. This too shall pass, and good luck.

        thanks for the advice.....i did get through those cravings today......but i didnt actually eat today until around 1am.....well, i did have a cup of coffee this morning at te bagel place..
