I've been on induction since Sept 16th of this year and I've been doing really great with it. This is my second time around, I lost a ton of weight in 2004 but it crept back up almost to where it was before I started, but I'm back on track now and glad about it.
I've found that my tastes for food have changed a LOT in the past almost two months that I've been back on, and I'm wondering if this happens to anyone else?
Anytime I taste something sweet it just tastes nasty to me. Doesn't matter if it's a diet soda, a piece of low carb cheesecake, or a sugar free candy.... whatever it is, it just makes me want to spit it out. I had a little taste of each of those three this past weekend (after not having had ANY since September 16) and I just couldn't eat it. My tastes have changed so that sweet=disgusting to me.
Has this happened to anyone else?
