    today is a brand new day....

    for me to assert my will of positive thinking and positive energy. its another day for me to take control and be accountable for everything that i do. this day is 24 hours, like all others, so there is really not that much time left. make good decisions and good choices and at the end of this day......you will be further empowered......

      Christopher, you have a such a positive attitude!! I have found that with Atkins - and in all things, actually - both this and gumption are everything. You're doing great!

          the bachelor party was ok....i probably pushed the envelope a little more than i needed to, and you know when you have a few extra carbs......then its just like, well....i guess i can have a few more now. so, all my choices werent bad but i did stray from the plan a little. i had a lot of fun with some very good friends though i did get on a scale and i had gained back about 1.5 lbs....but thats a mere drop in the bucket and will not deter me
