  • Re-starting.

    Well..Im re-starting today, I've been horrible with eating the last couple weeks and I few horrible, I've been bloated and exhausted and dont want to feel this way anymore, I've gained 5 lbs back and need to get back on track and stick with it this time, with no cheats. So todays the re-start of the new happier, healthier me! I hope I can do it this time!

      Sure you can do it! We're here to help, every step of the way. Kudos to you for re-committing before the lbs increased too much.

        Well done for realising you were sliding down that slippery slope before you slid too far
