i think i have over 90 posts since oct 29th....the day i started. this would be the equivalent of almost 750 push-ups!!
if i can commit to this......then after one month, i could change the rep number from 8 to 10 push-ups......the possibilities are limitless!!
but never forget, we conquer one day at a time.
